My Story
Hi, Im so glad you’re here! My name is Alexis J. Harris, but you can call me Lex or Lexi. If you’ve found your way here then you’ve probably seen one of my delicious creations online! I think it goes without saying, but I love creating and enhancing classic comfort food! Being in the kitchen has always been a form of therapy and self-expression for me, so I thought I’d share some of my favorite recipes with you all!
When I’m not busy in the kitchen, you can find me running behind my sweet baby girl Wonder Grace or working on my new community kitchen concept, S&S Community Kitchen! Sunshine and soul is my first ever kitchen concept that will not only be home to minority-owned businesses, but it will give back to our communities! … But there is one thing I love more than food… PEOPLE. I love people no matter their race, ethnicity, or background!
